Job summary

Coffman Engineers, Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer/Crane Engineer to lead crane refurbishment and replacement projects for aerospace, military, energy, private, and manufacturing clients.

The role aligns with our hybrid work schedule and requires strong technical leadership. You will perform engineering tasks, provide technical calculations, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and visit sites for load testing and construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and design tasks for crane refurbishment and replacement projects.
