Job summary

Coffman Engineers in Spokane, WA is seeking a Senior Industrial Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager to lead crane refurbishment and replacement projects for aerospace, military, energy, and manufacturing clients. Hybrid schedule with potential remote arrangements for qualified candidates.

You will serve as technical lead, manage multidisciplinary teams, support business development, travel for site visits, and ensure successful solicitations with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 8 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to site visits and client meetings.
