Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related titles.
• Experience with Capacity Modelling, Manufacturing Operations, and programming languages C/C# and Python, plus UI/UX interfaces; knowledge of statistical methods and linear programming.

Responsibilities

• Plan wafer fabrication capacity and analyze capacity models to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Implement mathematical logic and linear programming to simulate capacity planning and analyze big data outputs.
• Drive global standardization of capacity modelling across manufacturing sites and communicate priorities across organizations.
