Job summary

Intel Corporation in the United States is seeking a Strategic/Development Industrial Engineer to advance manufacturing capacity planning and drive efficiency improvements across production lines and facilities.

You will build capacity models, analyze data, forecast needs, and partner with manufacturing, technology development, and finance to deliver cost reductions and quality improvements while adhering to standards; this role features a hybrid work model across US sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience, or advanced degrees.
Experience in manufacturing systems design, process optimization, and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
Strong Excel skills with advanced analytics and modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long‑term capacity strategies aligned with product roadmaps.
Analyze operational data to identify risks and opportunities; communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
Optimize equipment schedules, layouts, and procurement plans for cost, quality, and efficiency.
Design production capacity models, layout methodologies, and data systems to improve factory performance.
Forecast build plans and facility designs to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop detailed execution plans.
Monitor toolset performance and roadmaps to align with network strategy.
