Interstates is seeking an on-site Electrical Service Technician leader to guide a crew in industrial electrical projects. You’ll oversee field activities, coordinate testing, and ensure safety while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include leading 3–15 crew members, testing 480V systems, and maintaining strong client communications. A Journeyman license and clean driving record are required for this role.

Formación

• Desire and experience on-site industrial electrical projects.
• Must have 3 years experience leading a crew.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a field crew of 3–15 people and work on site when needed.
• Coordinate with owner and manufacturers to test and commission 480V power distribution.
• Test and configure electrical systems for plant production.
• Troubleshoot and repair 480V/120V panels and related wiring.
• Review schematics and manuals to identify issues and repairs.
• Uphold safety standards and promote safety culture on site.
• Build productive relationships with onsite clients and trades.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
