Job summary

ARCO/Murray seeks an experienced Superintendent/General Foreman to lead field operations on industrial electrical projects nationwide. You will manage crews, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities include look-ahead scheduling, material staging, and on-site coordination with GC's and owners, while enforcing safety standards and drawing compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Field Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior Foreman overseeing field operations on commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• OSHA 30 certification required. First Aid/ CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations on job sites, managing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices to ensure safe, accurate, on-schedule work.
• Enforce safety standards, lead daily safety huddles, conduct hazard assessments, comply with OSHA and local codes.
• Serve as primary on-site liaison with general contractors, owners, and other trade superintendents, manage logistics.
• Develop 2-3 week look-ahead schedules to maintain momentum.
• Verify on-site material deliveries, inspect major equipment, and track tool inventory.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings and specs; identify issues early and request RFIs.
