Morgan Corp. Industrial Division seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead all electrical activities on Southeast projects. You will coordinate trades, safety, quality, and scheduling with owners' field representatives and subcontractors.

The role requires daily reporting, takeoffs, material ordering, NEC compliance, and mentoring crews to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5 years of foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and NFPA 70E standards.
• Experience managing large-scale industrial electrical projects from planning through commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Read plans and specifications and develop work plans with the project team.
• Supervise craft teams to meet work goals and schedule.
• Lead safety, environmental, and quality inspections on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and owner representatives.
• Submit daily reports and manage material takeoffs and deliveries.
• Hire and evaluate electrical personnel and coordinate training.
