Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a full-time Electrical Superintendent for the Southeast Region. Travel up to 50% with per diem eligibility, overseeing contract obligations and guiding industrial projects from estimation to delivery.

A strong background in JM-level electrical work, supervision, and safety is required, with preferred master electrician license. The role involves coordinating staffing, budgeting, procurement, and interfacing with owners and operations to maintain schedule, quality, and

Qualifications

• 4 years as JM Level Electrician required
• At least 2 years as Foreman/ GF
• 2+ years’ experience in walking down jobs and preparing estimates
• Experience tracking cost and construction data using Excel or industry software
• JM or Master’s Electrical License preferred
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in paper mills, fossil fuel power plants and/or industrial manufacturing is required
• Experience with MS Office (O365) in Windows, web and mobile versions; Excel, Adobe and scanners experience critical

Responsibilities

• Communicate with site managers regarding staffing and future needs
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, testing and hiring with MOR PPM HR
• Manage personnel changes including promotions and safety adherence
• Assess work scope and assist team to meet client needs
• Estimate and budget projects; prepare bid documents and proposals
• Bid and procure work; manage contract documents, RFIs, pay apps
• Oversee construction with owner’s operations to meet schedule, quality and safety
• Coordinate weekly labor payroll and ensure data accuracy for MOR PPM payroll
• Conduct new hire safety training and periodic safety audits
• Report to Regional Manager on incidents and metrics
