Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks an Industrial Design Program Manager to drive the design-to-manufacturing pipeline for the ID team. The role requires deep knowledge of the industrial design process in a technical environment and a passion for bringing products to life.

The ideal candidate will lead the ID program, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and develop a synchronized DFM roadmap across the hardware portfolio while enforcing cross-functional design

Qualifications

8+ years in hardware project or product management.
Strong understanding of industrial design and DFM.
Experience with engineering and hardware development required.
Knowledge of digital asset management and tooling is a plus.
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Organized, self-starter, and detail-focused.
Team player capable of global-scale projects.
Must lift up to 50lbs and work on-site in Costa Mesa.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Industrial Design program team.
Act as liaison between Industrial Design and manufacturing leads.
Track hardware development and lifecycles across lines.
Develop a synchronous DFM roadmap across hardware portfolio.
Implement design requirements across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics.
Coordinate asset delivery internally and externally.
