Job summary

The role requires collaboration with internal customers, defining requirements, and scaling new technologies. Up to 50% travel and relocation support are available, with offices nationwide optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management in complex programs.
• Experience with automated material handling equipment and cross-functional teams.
• Lean/Six Sigma or related process improvement experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large, complex programs through development and deployment.
• Define scope, requirements, and transfer knowledge to design teams.
• Balance business value with technology risk across North America.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Data Science leadership.
• Travel up to 50% and influence senior leaders.
