• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, leads, and executes large-scale industrial cybersecurity R&D efforts.
• Collaborates with industry partners to scope projects and develop statements of work.
• Leads development of curriculum and standards for program delivery.
• Administers learning platforms, tracks KPIs, and drives participant engagement.
• Supports business development by researching funding opportunities and presenting results to sponsors.
• Provides guidance to staff and supervises student employees when applicable.
• Ensures projects meet milestones, cost, and schedule constraints.
