Worley in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Process Automation & Controls Engineer to lead instrumentation & controls deliverables for industrial projects. You will design, document, and troubleshoot DCS/SIS systems, instrument indexes, and control narratives.
You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams, and travel as needed across North America to support projects and startups.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer, Process Control, or related Engineering discipline.
- PE designation or eligibility preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of industrial controls and automation experience.
- Hands‑on experience producing I&C deliverables (narratives, FDS, matrices, I/O lists, diagrams).
- Strong knowledge of process control principles, alarms, safeguarding, and SIS.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development and implementation of I&C engineering deliverables for projects and facilities.
- Prepare control narratives, FDS, C&E matrices, instrument indexes, I/O lists and loop drawings.
- Support and maintain DCS platforms, SIS, and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve process-control issues.
- Review and upgrade control systems, migrations, and lifecycle activities.
- Travel up to 25% across North America for projects and field activities.
