You will direct project teams, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and safety, while protecting the company's interests and ensuring financial success.

The role emphasizes mentoring Project Managers, coordinating with estimators, subcontractors, and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial or heavy commercial contracting project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of complex industrial construction, service, and general contracting projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Direct multiple concurrent projects managing scope, schedules, budgets, logistics, safety, quality, risk, documentation, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with estimators, department managers, safety, field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to align on objectives.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance analytics using Procore and related tools.
• Manage changes, assess risk, and implement timely response strategies.
• Coordinate self-performed work and subcontractor activities to meet project commitments.
• Monitor project costs, revenue, cash flow, and billing; report to stakeholders.
