Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Industrial Construction in Webster Groves, MO. The role focuses on self-perform construction management across multi-million dollar projects with a strong client-focused approach and safety emphasis.

You will lead estimation to project completion, manage field teams and subcontractors, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding company values and leveraging ESOP ownership benefits.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of progressive project management experience in self-perform construction.
• Experience estimating and managing projects from engagement to completion.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with project management software platforms and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a growing pipeline of industrial projects across the St. Louis region.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and manage safety, scheduling, costs and submittals.
• Direct estimation, project planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination for multi-project portfolio.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with ESOP-driven culture and engage with stakeholders and clients.
