Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Project Manager- Construction for the Houston Energy Corridor office. The role leads industrial construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while aligning with client expectations and contract requirements.

You will coordinate with owners, engineering reps, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, and manage change orders, procurement, and billing. Travel to site projects is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in oil & gas, midstream, gas processing, or industrial construction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, profitable, timely, high-quality project execution.
• Review contracts, scope, schedules, drawings, and specs with the team.
• Develop and maintain project execution, staffing, procurement plans, schedule and cost-control structure.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead and support the project team; assign clear responsibilities and accountability.
• Enforce safety culture and regulatory requirements across projects.
• Monitor progress, productivity, material status, and field constraints; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, design changes, and document control.
• Manage subcontractor/vendor selection, scope, changes, payments, and invoicing.
• Track commitments, forecast costs to complete, and report financial performance.
