Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of fabrication procedures.
• Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication with crews and clients; able to work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety standards and project costs; ensure on-time delivery per specs.
• Manage daily safety analyses, interface with operations and project personnel.
• Maintain budget execution and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible.
• Organize and support construction personnel, subs and vendors with Site Manager.
• Report progress, issues, and client communications to project management.
