Job summary

GrayWolf Integrated Construction seeks a Project Coordinator/Engineer to manage assigned project construction, coordinate planning and scheduling, and maintain budgets and documentation. Occasional site visits and cross-team coordination are required.

The role supports project managers across phases; heavy focus on drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business may substitute for 3 years of experience.
• 2–5 years related experience as a Project Coordinator/Engineer or Asst Proj Mgr along with 3 years detailing/drafting; experience as a fabricator or erector may substitute for detailing/drafting exp.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fabrication and erection of structural steel; ability to read shop/design blueprints; ability to manage large/complex projects; knowledge of 3D modeling/Tekla.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities associated with the construction of an assigned project.
• Supports Project Manager in all phases of assigned projects
• Assists with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities
• Tracks project costs, budgets, and assists with forecasting
• Prepares and processes submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintains project documentation and ensures accuracy and completeness
• Coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Assists in resolving project issues and escalates as needed
• Attends project meetings and documents key actions and decisions
• Reviews drawings and specifications to support project execution
• Supports procurement and material tracking efforts
• May visit job sites as required
• Prepares reports and updates for project leadership
