Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Real Estate & Store Development (WWGRD) team seeks a Sr. Construction Manager to lead large-scale industrial projects, including new distribution centers and production facilities.

You will manage design development, FF&E, construction, and commissioning with a service mindset. This role requires 7+ years in project management, real estate development, architecture or design, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and travel up to 50% to job sites.

• Clarify scope and coordinate field work to improve speed to market and cost.
• Manage contractor accountability, schedule and permit lead times, and equipment delivery.
