Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Construction Manager III for a major oil & gas client in Lake Charles, LA, on a 2-year assignment. You will lead capital, maintenance, reliability, and improvement projects through Front-End Loading, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with applicable experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience OR 5+ years with an engineering degree.
• Experience leading projects up to $10 million in value.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, and procurement groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital, maintenance, reliability, and improvement projects across FEL, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup and closeout.
• Work with engineering, operations, maintenance, turnaround teams, contractors, vendors, and procurement groups to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.
• Manage project plans, execution strategies, budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress, costs, forecasts, and change management to ensure on-time delivery.
