Job summary

Airswift seeks a seasoned construction leader to oversee large-scale Blue and Green Ammonia projects, guiding site activities from mobilization through handover. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery and cost-effective results.

Role requires 18+ years in industrial/petrochemical construction, with proven leadership of diverse teams and full experience through mechanical completion, commissioning, and startup phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
• 18+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial or petrochemical construction projects
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams and contractors
• Experience through mechanical completion, commissioning, and startup phases

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input during FEED, detailed engineering, and constructability reviews
• Manage EPC contractors, project schedules, productivity, quality, and HSE performance
• Drive mechanical completion, turnover, commissioning readiness, and startup support
• Build and lead high-performing site construction organizations across multiple disciplines
