Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in steel production or industrial sector.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a culture of safety first.
• Ability to participate in design reviews and risk management meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction leadership on projects and supervise contractors as required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of all personnel on assigned projects.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and reporting; manage RFIs/CCNs and progress tracking.
