Job summary

TWD Technologies Ltd. in Towanda, Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead site construction activities for industrial projects. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and excellent communication to manage subcontractors and crews.

You will ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, perform site inspections, coordinate with PM on RFIs/CCNs, and drive safe execution in line with HSE policies across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in steel production or industrial sectors.
• Excellent communicator with a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience coordinating with PMs, safety teams, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction leadership and supervise contractors to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain field logs and progress reports.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and manpower.
• Coordinate RFIs, CCNs, and interfaces with stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work adheres to codes and standards.
• Lead toolbox talks and mentor site crews.
