Job summary

TWD is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to support our client onsite located in Towanda, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the steel production environment or industrial construction sector, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

This role involves travel, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with CPMC and all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Steel Production environment or industrial sector.
• Excellent communicator with a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction leadership on site and via supervision of contractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal health, safety and environment regulations and company safety policies.
• Coordinate site inspections, risk assessments and safety investigations; manage documentation.
• Plan, organize and supervise activities of all personnel on assigned projects and monitor productivity.
• Prepare daily production records, reports and progress updates; liaise with PMs and stakeholders.
