Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee large-scale industrial projects on-site. You will lead field operations, mentor Project Superintendents, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Expertise in reading drawings and coordinating multi-trade teams is essential. Role requires 12–15 years in heavy industrial or commercial construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership, and proficiency with Procore and field software.

Qualificações

• 12–15 years in heavy industrial or commercial construction
• 5+ years in senior field leadership roles
• Experience managing complex, fast-paced projects such as data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Proficiency reading architectural & MEP drawings and using field-level software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills under pressure

Responsabilidades

• On-site leadership and mentoring of Project Superintendents; set daily/weekly targets and drive schedule adherence
• Interpret technical documents and resolve constructability issues with engineering and quality control teams
• Oversee multi-trade operations, ensure safety, quality, and schedule accountability
• Champion a zero-injury safety culture and oversee quality control
• Monitor project schedules and record field progress using Procore
