Job summary

TEiC Services is seeking a Construction Estimator to advance our Industrial Construction team in Duncan, SC. You will develop accurate estimates, support pre-construction, coordinate subcontractor pricing, and work with operations to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management and 5+ years in heavy industrial estimating, including projects over $15M.

Qualifications

Detailed and conceptual cost estimates from drawings, specs, and requirements.
Strong takeoff and pricing for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation scopes.
Develop subcontractor bid packages and evaluate proposals.
Coordinate with customers, engineers, and subs to align scope and budgets.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and conceptual estimates from drawings, specs, and project requirements.
Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for multiple scopes (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, equipment).
Develop and manage subcontractor bid packages and solicitations.
