Job summary

TEiC Services is seeking a Construction Estimator to advance our Industrial Construction team in Duncan, SC. You will develop accurate estimates, support pre-construction, coordinate subcontractor pricing, and work with operations to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management and 5+ years in heavy industrial estimating, including projects over $15M.

Qualifications

• Detailed and conceptual cost estimates from drawings, specs, and requirements.
• Strong takeoff and pricing for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation scopes.
• Develop subcontractor bid packages and evaluate proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, and subs to align scope and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and conceptual estimates from drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for multiple scopes (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, equipment).
• Develop and manage subcontractor bid packages and solicitations.
