AssetGuard Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Estimator to prepare accurate bids for spray-applied polyurea and protective coating projects across water infrastructure, tanks, roofing, and waterproofing.

You will own the estimating process from review to proposal, and coordinate with operations to ensure profitable delivery. The role requires travel 10-25% to project sites, a strong background in coatings, and proficiency with Excel and takeoff software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years estimating experience in industrial, construction, or coatings work, with at least 3 years specific to polyurea or spray-applied coatings.

Responsabilités

• Review bid packages, drawings, specs to determine project requirements and risks.
• Travel to project sites to take measurements and assess conditions.
• Perform area-based takeoffs and convert to material requirements.
• Estimate surface preparation and labor/equipment costs.
• Develop labor, equipment, and crew costs using production rates.
• Obtain and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Prepare bid proposals and value-engineering alternatives.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and handoffs to project management.
• Track actual costs and refine estimating templates.
