Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for a Hayward, CA manufacturer of specialty adhesive materials. The role focuses on top-of-funnel growth by prospecting manufacturing customers, qualifying inbound leads, and reviving dormant opportunities, with a strong hunter mindset and autonomy.

This full-time, onsite position offers a base salary of $150,000 plus uncapped commission, with additional earnings potential in the first year, and requires 3–6 months onsite

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new manufacturing customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and account research
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing, trade shows, and website inquiries
• Re-engage inactive CRM leads and uncover new opportunities
• Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain professionals
• Research target accounts across North America
• Prepare qualified opportunities for handoff to the outside sales team
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline documentation
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
• Meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline goals
