Framatome in Richland, WA is seeking an Experienced Overall Industrial Architect & Systems Integration Manager to lead architecture, requirements, interfaces, and V&V planning for complex nuclear projects.

You're responsible for defining system architectures, managing RTMs, coordinating multi-site teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the lifecycle from design to operations, including integration with existing facilities and brownfield environments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven systems engineering experience in a project execution context.
• Experience integrating new process systems within operating facilities.
• Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing processes enabling challenge of suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Define and formalize systems engineering processes and plans for the program.
• Propose system architecture and allocate functions to subsystems.
• Manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure compliance evidence.
• Lead development of technical specifications and performance requirements.
• Assess risks and define mitigation plans.
• Coordinate integration plan and manage interfaces across stakeholders.
