Job summary

Upside Search is partnering with a global industrial technology manufacturer to identify a Senior Account Manager who will lead aftermarket sales across an established nationwide customer base. The territory will initially cover the United States with potential expansion into Canada, Mexico, and other markets throughout the Americas.

This role focuses on deepening relationships and growing share of wallet within installed bases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales, technical sales, or account-management experience.
• Experience selling machinery, equipment, replacement parts, or technical solutions into manufacturing environments.
• Experience with aftermarket parts or service sales is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow aftermarket revenue across parts, consumables, service, and maintenance.
• Manage relationships with existing industrial customers across a nationwide territory.
• Conduct customer-site visits to understand equipment usage and upcoming needs.
• Identify opportunities for replacement parts, consumables, and technical services.
• Protect existing business by anticipating competitive entry and threats.
