Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to work with field personnel to analyze performance needs and design effective training solutions. This role involves Incident Response training, development of courses, and delivery of classroom content across Staging, Lodging, and Crew Monitoring areas.

The ideal candidate will apply ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models to ensure high training effectiveness, and will participate in ongoing program updates and content reviews while traveling

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Tech Training Specialist: 6+ years of utility or emergency response experience with or without a degree; or 3+ years with a related degree/certification.
• Sr: 8+ years of utility or emergency response experience with or without a degree; or 4+ years with a related degree/certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to determine needs and priorities for maintenance and technical training for Power Generation.
• Research and analyze training needs via surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultations.
• Develop and update curricula for Incident Response roles and create training materials for delivery.
