Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in incident response readiness and related fields.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to reside within 50 miles of specified US locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BCDR and incident response readiness artifacts.
• Develop and improve incident response plans and playbooks.
• Advise Product Owners and stakeholders on readiness requirements.
• Serve as incident response coordinator during incidents.
• Plan and execute tabletop exercises and recovery rehearsals.
• Author and maintain response materials and checklists.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and third‑party dependencies.
• Measure and report program health and remediation status.
