Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Incident Response Readiness Analyst in the United States to strengthen the organization's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from cyber and operational disruptions.

The role emphasizes incident response planning, playbook development, advisory support for Product Owners and business stakeholders, readiness exercises, training, awareness, and continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five+ years in incident response readiness or related fields.
• Experience building and updating incident response plans, playbooks and readiness artifacts.
• Ability to advise Product Owners and stakeholders on readiness and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update readiness artifacts, runbooks, recovery plans, and escalation paths.
• Develop, validate, and improve incident response plans and playbooks for critical products and services.
• Advise stakeholders on response roles, escalation criteria, and communication expectations.
• Coordinate incident response during cyber or operational incidents and support post‑incident reviews.
• Plan and execute readiness activities including tabletop exercises and simulations.
• Author materials, guidance, lessons learned, and remediation tracking artifacts.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to validate procedures and ownership.
• Coordinate with crisis management and legal to align response and recovery planning.
