Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a senior incident commander to lead end-to-end security incidents in a 24/7 US region. You will own the on-call rotation, drive escalations, and coordinate with legal, customers, and physical security to manage incidents from detection through remediation.

You will build and mentor a team of senior responders, set high standards for incident handling, and ensure timely post-incident reviews. A strong track record in regulated environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Senior incident commander experience in organizations with sophisticated threat actors.
• Experience building and growing an on-call IR team.
• Ability to communicate with executives, legal, and customers during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead incidents as senior incident commander in on-call rotation.
• Own 24/7 coverage model and SLAs for US region.
• Build and develop a team of senior incident responders.
• Drive executive, legal, and customer communications during incidents.
• Own joint operating relationship with security and data center ops for cross-domain incidents.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive remediation.
• Define on-call escalation and learnings for detection engineering.
