Fluidstack in New York seeks a Senior Incident Commander to lead 24/7 incident response for our frontier compute infrastructure. You will own incidents end to end, coordinate across security, infrastructure and legal teams, and drive timely communications to customers and executives.

You will design and scale an on-call program, mentor senior responders, and ensure post-incident reviews lead to concrete remediations.

Qualifikationen

• Led material incidents end to end at organizations with sophisticated threat actors.
• Managed and grew a team of senior responders while on the on-call rotation.
• Designed or ran a 24/7 on-call program: coverage models and SLAs.
• Move between technical containment and executive/legal/customer communications.
• Made disclosure-grade calls under regulatory and customer reporting clocks.

Aufgaben

• Lead incidents as a senior incident commander in the on-call rotation.
• Own the 24/7 coverage model, rotation discipline, and response SLAs for the US region.
• Build and develop a team of senior incident responders with a clear on-call standard.
• Drive executive, legal, and customer communications during incidents.
• Own joint operating relationships across security, infra, and facilities teams.
• Run post-incident reviews and drive remediation across detection and response.
• Define agentic triage boundaries and feed learnings back to detection teams.
