Google LLC is seeking an Incident Response Consultant to provide industry-leading incident response, assessment, and training services. You will help clients detect and respond to threats, resolve incidents quickly, and manage complex engagements across cloud, endpoint, and network environments.

As part of Mandiant within Google Cloud, you will lead investigations, craft actionable findings for executives, and mentor teams. Travel up to 20% is expected in a dynamic, global consulting role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of end-to-end incident response investigations, analysis, or containment.
• 5+ years of investigative experience in network forensics, malware triage, cloud forensics, or disk/memory forensics.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with teams to investigate and contain cyber security incidents.
• Lead client-facing incident response investigations across cloud, endpoint, and network environments.
• Conduct host forensics, network forensics, log analysis, and malware triage.
• Codify attacker TTPs and IOCs to build investigative scripts and tools.
• Develop and present reports and briefings on technical findings to both technical teams and executive leadership.
