Job summary

Google Cloud's Mandiant unit seeks a Security Consultant to help clients prepare for, mitigate, and detect cyber threats. You will engage in high-profile incidents, perform forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage, and lead complex engagements with cross-functional teams.

You may also test client networks and systems, articulate findings to executives, and contribute to incident response services across engagements and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of incident response investigations experience.
• 5 years of network forensics, log analysis, malware triage, and disk/memory forensics.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and customer teams to investigate and contain incidents.
• Recognize and codify attacker Tools, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
• Conduct host forensics, network forensics, log analysis, and malware triage.
