Job summary

Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, seeks a Senior Security Consultant to drive incident response engagements for US-based clients across cloud, network, and endpoint environments. You will lead investigations, coordinate teams, and deliver decisive containment and remediation actions.

You will mentor junior staff, articulate findings to technical and executive audiences, and help refine playbooks and metrics. Remote eligibility is available with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, cybersecurity or related field.
• 5 years incident response investigations, analysis or containment.
• 5 years investigative experience in network forensics, malware triage, or cloud/disk/memory forensics.
• Ability to work non-standard hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to investigate and contain incidents.
• Lead complex client-facing investigations across cloud, endpoint and network sources.
• Codify attacker TTPs and IOCs for current and future investigations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other security consultants.
