Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience in network and operating system support.

• Knowledge of distributed computing environments.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Korean.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of large-scale customer incidents in a team rotation.
• Lead critical escalations with Engineering Teams.
• Provide incident response and management for critical workloads.
• Create and maintain Problem Records for customers.
• Monitor customer metrics in real time.
• Manage communications during high-impact events.
• Collaborate with AWS stakeholders to improve operations.
• Mentor peers and lead improvement projects.
• Draft and review standard operating procedures.
