Job summary

CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader seeking a Senior Consultant to drive incident response engagements and advanced investigations for high-profile clients. You will hunt threats across large data sets, collaborate with legal counsel, and deliver clear, actionable findings to executives and regulators.

You will mentor team members, communicate effectively with customers, and contribute to public thought leadership through blogs and webinars.

Qualifications

• BA or BS / MA or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field. Applicants without a degree but with relevant work experience and/or training will be considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% on short notice.
• Role may require alcohol and/or drug testing during employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements
• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets
• Work under outside counsel to conduct intrusion investigations
• Perform host and/or network-based forensics on Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Perform basic malware analysis
• Produce high-quality written/verbal reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Demonstrate thought leadership via blogs, CrowdCasts and public speaking
