Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Incident Response Consultant for remote USA.

You will lead incident response engagements, hunt threats across large data sets, and collaborate with outside counsel during intrusion investigations, producing clear reports for executives and regulators. You will perform malware analysis, host and network forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux, and help design remediation plans while sharing thought leadership through blogs and CrowdCasts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a matrixed consulting environment.
• Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for targeted threats.
• Background in computer forensic analysis using a variety of tools.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and network logs (Bro/Zeek, Suricata).
• Reverse engineering capabilities for malware analysis.
• Ability to create tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised orgs.
• Experience in cloud incident response across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong executive communication to clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements.
• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets.
• Work with outside counsel to conduct intrusion investigations.
• Perform host and/or network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Perform basic malware analysis.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate thought leadership through blogs, CrowdCasts, and public speaking.
