You will work with senior technology leaders, drive process improvements, and ensure effective incident resolutions across the organization. The role requires strong leadership, strategic communication, and collaboration with Risk and Audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of IT incident management/operations experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior technology leaders.

Responsibilities
