Qualifications

• Experience: major incident management in a large enterprise IT org; triaging mission-critical systems.
• Technical: ITIL Certification required; familiarity with change, risk, disaster recovery, and business continuity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage efforts for high-severity incidents and coordinate bridge calls.
• Drive timely resolution to minimize business impact and disruption.
• Coordinate across teams to assess business impact and engage SMEs as needed.
• Maintain clear incident communications to keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
