Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a Production Services Specialist II to lead major incident responses for critical business events. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams, validate severity, and communicate with executives. Role emphasizes structured, rapid recovery and adherence to incident governance.

The position requires strong judgment under pressure, and collaboration with technical teams to drive improvements and reliability across production operations. Onsite 3 days/week in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident Management.
• Associates Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end response activities for significant business impacting incidents using major incident command practices.
• Establish incident command structures and coordinate cross functional response teams.
• Direct prioritization, escalation, resource allocation, containment and restoration activities during active major incidents.
• Maintain situational awareness across business and operational impact, risk, dependencies and recovery progress.
• Facilitate executive stakeholder and major incident communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Validate incident severity, assessments and escalation decisions.
• Drive rapid stabilization while minimizing customer, associate and business disruption.
• Ensure compliance with incident management standards, governance, procedures, audits and post incident documentation.
• Partner with technical teams to identify recovery strategies and translate findings into improvements.
• Apply SRE concepts such as reliability engineering, toil reduction, post incident reviews and continuous improvement.
