Everforth Apex seeks a Senior Incident Manager in Chandler, AZ (hybrid) to oversee major incidents and coordinate response for 850+ applications. You will lead bridge calls, document timelines, and drive fast resolutions while coordinating across teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and proven Major Incident Management experience, with ITIL knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills. Hybrid on-site schedule and weekend coverage may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a Major Incident Management role within a complex technology environment.
• Proven ability to lead real-time triage and manage escalations under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-severity incidents by leading triage efforts, hosting bridge calls, and documenting timelines.
• Drive incidents to resolution to minimize business impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to understand impacts, perform forensics, categorize issues, and mitigate incidents.
• Ensure all technical personnel understand their roles and are accountable for actions.
• Provide regular, structured updates to business and technology stakeholders.
