• Prioritize recovery actions to minimize business impact.
• Identify root causes and drive permanent fixes or workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring and processes.
• Provide incident trend reporting and metrics like MTTR/MTTD.
• Escalate according to standards and procedures.
