Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support our manufacturing and corporate teams.

You will analyze sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness, develop payout calculators and dashboards, and prepare executive-ready presentations while partnering with HR, Finance, and line leaders.
