• Experience leading inbound/receiving and inventory control teams in a distribution center.
• Strong ability to develop, coach and manage frontline managers and hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire inbound operations of an ecommerce distribution center spanning multiple teams and shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Schedule flexibly and meet regularly with frontline leadership to provide direction, training and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day receiving and inventory control tasks and operational activities within those departments.
• Communicate policy and procedure updates clearly to all teams and act as a spokesperson for the department.
• Lead regular meetings to review metrics, identify improvement areas and update on initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, mitigate damage, and enhance process efficiency.
