Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific area required.
• Master's degree or higher heavily preferred for advanced HSC handling and genome engineering evaluations.
• 5+ years of research experience required.
• 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced in vivo research leadership and execution using specialized humanized models to evaluate therapeutic genome engineering outcomes.
• Isolate, characterize, and prepare human Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs) using MACS and multi-color flow cytometry.
• Engraft and maintain advanced humanized models to support translational studies.
• Administer in vivo delivery approaches for experimental therapies with rigorous welfare standards.
• Ensure procedures comply with institutional policies and 3Rs principles, and maintain thorough study documentation.
