Amgen is seeking a Senior Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology to lead preclinical studies in inflammation and autoimmune programs. The role requires hands‑on expertise with rodent models, in vivo data generation, and collaboration with therapeutic area scientists across Amgen sites.

The candidate will design experiments, analyze results, and contribute to project pipelines while advancing pharmacology understanding and supporting progression of drug candidates.

Formación

• PhD in immunology, biology, pharmacology or related field.
• Post‑doc or industry experience is a plus.
• Hands-on in vivo and ex vivo assays required (ELISA, RT‑PCR, WB).
• Experience with rodent in vivo models and necropsy is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead in vivo preclinical model studies.
• Conduct data analysis and communicate results to TA scientists.
• Use animal models to validate and accelerate compounds.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on goals.
