Qualifications

• PhD or MD in pharmacology, immunology, biology, or related life science discipline with 3+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with rodent models and in vivo pharmacology techniques required.
• Strong expertise in oncology, immunology, or metabolic disease models preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-study programs in a CRO or pharmaceutical industry environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional scientific teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex in vivo pharmacology programs.
• Define study strategies and align program execution with client objectives.
• Drive scientific decision-making on study design, model selection, and data interpretation.
• Serve as a primary scientific contact for clients and lead scientific discussions.
• Author and review study protocols, reports, and ensure scientific quality.
